Motivation

Despite what anyone has ever told you, staying motivated is KEY in ANY fat loss program.
Motivation can be defined as "the driving force by which we achieve our goals."
Whether this is intrinsic or extrinsic people that lose FAT have always maintained that driving force.

The first step of our program deals with DRIVING FORCE. Find what makes you boil, tick or stay inspired then harness that energy to profitability.
